Why is this more than regular pest control?
Because it’s a 12 month estate defence system (sprays, granular, bait rotation, emergency response), not a one time spray. It’s built to prevent property damage, not just kill what you see.
Do I really need year round service in Ontario?
Yes! Ontario has seasonal pests (mice fall/winter, ants spring, wasps & mosquitos summer). If you stop, gaps open up and your property is vulnerable.
Will my insurance cover pest damage?
Most home insurance policies exclude pest damage, especially rodents and insects. Ontario considers pest control a preventative obligation on the home owner. That’s why we prevent it before it becomes a claim.
What if we get an issue in between visits?
Call Us. We’ll come to your property as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Between scheduled visits, emergency response is included.
